When your flight lands, you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, direct phone number, vehicle description, and license plate. Once you have your luggage, reply to the text and the vehicle positions curbside within minutes.
What if my flight is early or delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and adjusts to your actual arrival time automatically. There is nothing you need to do — early, on time, or delayed, your ride is timed to when you land.
How long will my chauffeur wait for me at LAX?
Every LAX pickup includes complimentary wait time — 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals — measured from your flight's actual landing time, so you can clear baggage claim and customs without rushing.
