This SMS Policy describes the text messaging program operated by Black ReLAX™, a registered fictitious business name (Los Angeles County, California) ("Black ReLAX," "we," "us," or "our"), including how you opt in, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out at any time. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Black ReLAX™, you agree to receive customer care messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your trip activity. A typical reservation generates 2 to 5 messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any ride or service. If you prefer not to receive texts, our dispatch team can coordinate your pickup by phone call instead — simply let us know when booking.
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Black ReLAX™ and you will be unsubscribed. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been opted out, after which no further messages will be sent.
You may also opt out by emailing dispatch@blackrelax.com or calling 1 (844) ReLAX-iT — 1 (844) 735-2948 and asking to be removed from text messaging.
If you opt out but have an upcoming reservation, our team will coordinate your pickup by phone call instead. You can re-subscribe at any time by providing your number again or texting us first.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan. Black ReLAX™ does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. For time-sensitive coordination, your chauffeur's direct phone number is included in your arrival message so you can always reach them by call.
Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages described in this policy. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
