This SMS Policy describes the text messaging program operated by Black ReLAX™, a registered fictitious business name (Los Angeles County, California) ("Black ReLAX," "we," "us," or "our"), including how you opt in, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out at any time. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

About Our Text Messaging Program

Customer care messages from Black ReLAX™ are transactional and service-related, connected to your reservations. They may include:

• Booking confirmations and reservation details
• Chauffeur assignment and arrival notifications, including your chauffeur's name, vehicle description, and license plate
• Pickup coordination when you land at the airport or are ready to depart
• Schedule changes, delay updates, and trip reminders
• Replies from our dispatch team to questions you send us

We do not use this program to send promotional or marketing messages.

How You Opt In

You provide consent to receive text messages from Black ReLAX™ in any of the following ways:

• Online booking — by entering your mobile phone number when you make a reservation through our website or during secure checkout
• Quick reserve and contact forms — by providing your mobile number through a form on blackrelax.com
• Phone reservations — by providing your mobile number to our dispatch team when booking by phone
• Texting us first — by initiating a text conversation with our number, 1 (844) 735-2948

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any ride or service. If you prefer not to receive texts, our dispatch team can coordinate your pickup by phone call instead — simply let us know when booking.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan. Black ReLAX™ does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Supported Carriers & Delivery

Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. For time-sensitive coordination, your chauffeur's direct phone number is included in your arrival message so you can always reach them by call.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages described in this policy. Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
