Once you book our curbside service, the assigned driver will contact you and make arrangements with you. Once you collect your bags from the baggage claim, our driver will meet you curbside based on the arrangements he/she makes with you.
When you book our meet & greet service, our drivers will leave the vehicle at the parking structure, walk to the baggage claim or inside the airport at the earliest point where they can meet you once you get off the plane. The meet & greet service is perfect for someone who needs wheelchair assistance or help with luggage.
