Cancellation Rules
  • Before passenger confirms you: Cancel anytime — removed from pool silently.
  • After passenger confirms you: You can cancel — passenger is notified and reassigned.
  • Within 2 hours of trip start: No self-cancel. Contact dispatch directly.
